Furnished in contemporary style, it has 2 double bedrooms and a single room with sofa bed, a shower room and lovely bright kitchen/living room with small balcony overlooking the marina. Fitted kitchen including d/washer, w/dryer & freezer, dining table and leather seating. TV with Freeview, DVD player, electric underfloor heating. Allocated underground parking space. Just a few minutes’ walk to shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants, Maritime Museum, etc. Sandy beach with coastal path/cycle way which follows the coast all the way around to Mumbles. Accessibility Information: This contemporary second floor apartment has been furnished to a very high standard. It has a designated underground parking space accessed through electric doors. A stairwell leads to the upper courtyard where the flat’s entrance is approximately 50ft. The courtyard is flat paving, and well maintained. The entrance door has an intercom system for visitors. There are two flights of 8 stairs, each to the flat on the 2nd floor with handrails and carpet. Timed light switches are on each floor. There is no lift or stair lift. The flat has underfloor heating on porcelain tiles. All doors are standard size with light coloured wood and frosted glass panels. The kitchen, lounge, bathroom and three bedrooms have plenty of room for movement. There are two double glazed doors in the lounge that open onto a Juliet balcony with views over the marina and harbour master’s station. All lighting is spot lit and has dimmer switches. There are bedside lights in all bedrooms, along with wardrobes and drawers. The LCD TV is Freeview and DVD player are operated by remote control. All electric power points are at 450mm level and light/dimmer switches at 1400mm. The hot water switch is in the airing cupboard at 1000mm. There is no telephone. Situated in the hall is an internal phone to speak to visitors which also opens the front door automatically.
