Also now open at St Davids Cathedral is ‘The Refectory’ offering a stylish and relaxed eatery in the heart of the medieval Cathedral buildings with it’s own gallery space.
The Refectory is at the cutting edge of Britain’s food revolution, offering local, modern, seasonal fresh food that is beautifully cooked, yet offered at affordable prices.
The Refectory is the end-product of a stunning restoration of the ruined cloisters at the famous Cathedral. The result is a welcoming space where visitors can sit and gaze out at the stunning medieval cathedral, contemplate the secluded gardens or admire the newly renovated cloisters

Full Details:
Built upon the site of St David's 6th century monastery, St Davids Cathedral has been a site of pilgrimage and worship for many hundreds of years.
St Davids is a beautiful and unique city surrounded by some of the finest coastlines in Europe. Granted city status by Queen Elizabeth II because of the presence of the cathedral, St Davids is in reality a small village. Situated within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, St Davids is surrounded by spectacular coastal scenery renowned for its beauty and abundance of wildlife.
Guided tours of the cathedral are available for groups booking ahead. We would appreciate as much notice as possible but at least three weeks. The group size can be almost anything but for numbers in excess of about fifty, depending on ages, there may be a split into two or more groups so that all are able to see and hear the guide.
