This spacious bungalow with large garden enjoys lovely countryside views and stands on the edge of the pretty village of Treffgarne, 4 miles north of Haverfordwest, 7-8 miles from the coast at Newgale. It has 3 bedrooms (double + ensuite shower room, double and twin with basins), bath/shower room, WC. Large kitchen, fitted in maple and very well-equipped, utility, dining room and conservatory, spacious lounge with French window to garden. Accessibility Information: This property is a spacious bungalow with large enclosed garden (on the level), specifically refurbished for a disabled person. Set in five acres of fields. The property can be walked all round without the use of steps, including the garden. At the front entrance there's double opening doors with steps 18 deep, 4.5 to 5high, with handrail leading down into the garden. In the spacious kitchen there is a double oven, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. All units are easy to clean and everything is to hand at the right level. There is a large pine table with four chairs and two stools. The lounge, dining room and hall (28 foot long) are spacious with lots of natural light. The corridor with the rooms leading off from it is 34 foot long. The double bedroom which is en suite has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet and a TV. The second bedroom has twin beds and basins, wardrobe and a four drawer bedside cabinet. The third bedroom is a double with a basin, wardrobe, a chair, a four drawer chest and two bedside cabinets with three drawers. There is a separate bathroom with mixed shower and a handrail on the wall. Separate toilet also with handrail. There are two small steps into the conservatory.
