A very attractive, detached single storey cottage on the edge of a working farm 3 miles north of Haverfordwest, 20 minutes drive to the sandy beach at Newgale or to the Preseli hills, Gwaun Valley and many pretty coves. Indoor heated swimming pool at no extra charge 19 April – 13 Sept (available @ £35/week at other times by arrangement) for the sole use of holidaymakers at the cottage. Double and twin bedrooms, shower room, kitchen, utility and lounge/diner. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, TV, DVD player, night storage heaters (included in price) and oil heater in lounge @ £10/week. Large patio and garden with furniture, swings and barbecue. Children are welcome on the farm by arrangement.

Accessibility Information: This cottage was built in the 1950’s and has been renovated and extended recently to provide a high standard of accommodation that should meet most needs. A tarmac driveway through a 12 ft wooden gated entrance leads into the cottage courtyard. The courtyard has a level area leading to the cottage door that has a shallow ramp. On entering the courtyard, all rooms are on the same level. There is ample room to manoeuvre a wheelchair and all doors are 750mm wide. The WC is accessible for a wheelchair but the shower is not. The rear garden and play area is gently sloping and entered by a ramp. To the rear of the cottage is the heated swimming pool, which is accessed by sliding patio doors.
