A detached farmhouse of character, renovated to a high standard and located on the owners’ working farm in a rural location 1 mile from Steynton (pub), 2 miles north of Milford Haven. The house has a double and 2 twin bedrooms, bath/shower room and ground floor cloakroom/WC. Fitted kitchen including d/washer, w/machine, f/freezer and breakfast bar, sitting room with an open fire TV, DVD and radio/CD player, and a dining room with oil-fired coal effect stove in the fireplace. Enclosed garden with patio, lawn and garden furniture. Only 2 miles to Pembrokeshire Coast path and 4-5miles to beaches. Local sailing, horse riding, golf at Haverfordwest (4½ miles) and Pembroke.

Accessibility Information: This is a typical farmhouse recently renovated. There is a new front entrance and driveway with plenty of parking space by the front door. This is all level ground which includes a large lawn and level paths. Thee is a shed next to the house to keep bicycles, surf boards, pushchairs etc. There is a small step at the front door entrance and the ground floor is all on one level and the stairs, with a hand rail are behind the front door. Again there is a small step into the two front bedrooms but the back bedroom and bathroom are on the level. Walls upstairs are different shades of yellow; there are white skirting boards and door frames, and original wooden doors which have easy grip black doorknobs tight through the house. Downstairs the walls are different shades of brown. On one side of the house and grounds there is a wall and on the other side, post and rail and stock proof fencing recently erected. There is also a small hand gate to the road with two steps.
