A detached dormer bungalow within walking distance of Fishguard and Pembrokeshire coastal path, about ½ mile from Lower Town and old harbour. Mostly ground floor accommodation; double bedroom, bath/shower room, cloakroom with second WC, fitted kitchen/diner, utility and lounge with gas coal effect fire. Small playroom with full-size table football. Double, twin and single bedrooms upstairs. W/machine, t/dryer & freezer, TV, DVD player and gas c/heating. Garage, enclosed patio and rear garden, front garden and steps to front door. Interesting Fishguard has a good selection of pubs & eating places, shops, art gallery & theatre. 5 minute drive to harbour, ferries to Ireland, watersports, leisure centre & pool. Beautiful beaches 10-15 mins drive; Gwaun Valley 2 miles, Newport 6 miles. No smoking inside.

Accessibility Information: The property is a detached, two storey dormer bungalow within walking distance of Fishguard town. Main access is through the front door (81cm wide) via six steps. Access to the front may also be gained by a sloping pathway with a hand rail, convenient for buggies, prams etc (94cm wide). A side entrance can also be used via a gated archway (69cm wide) leading to a back door (75cm wide) with access to a utility room with one step up (7cm high) leading on to the spacious kitchen and dining area. The majority of the accommodation is found at ground level. The front door leads into a porch area and a door with a 4cm step takes you into the hallway which is 107cm wide. The rooms off the hallway include the sitting room, play room, double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/dining area. Access to the secured back garden can be gained from the utility room or from the front via the side arched entrance. Electrical sockets in the kitchen and utility are at work-top height. All other sockets are at skirting board level. The staircase has on handrail and takes you to a further three bedrooms; one double, one twin and one single room. There is ample room to manoeuvre a wheelchair on the ground level and all doors are 750mm wide. The WC is accessible for a wheelchair but the shower is not. The television has remote control and teletext. The kettle is cordless. There is a TV, DVD and video recorder but there is no phone. Lighting is good with additional bedside lamps. The main accommodation is well lit, uncluttered and spacious.
