Ivy Cottage comprises one half of the big barn and will sleep 7+ people comfortably. Upstairs there is a bathroom, one double bedroom, another with 3 twin beds and one with bunks and a single bed. There is also room for an extra bed or cot.
Downstairs there is the main bathroom with WC, basin and bath with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and double oven/grill. A washer-dryer is provided for laundry requirements. The large sitting/dining room has an inglenook fireplace housing a wood burning stove (logs provided). Heating and hot water are supplied by oil central heating fully controlled by our guests (inclusive).

French windows open onto the garden, where there is a patio and lawned area. There is ample parking in front of Berry, with a ramp leading to the front door.
