The Principality Collectorplan scheme makes contemporary works of art affordable, by providing an opportunity to take out an interest-free loan to buy contemporary art and craft. Over 70 galleries in Wales participate in The Arts Council of Wales' Principality Collectorplan scheme, which assists UK residents aged 18 and over to buy original works of art and craft by living artists. The Arts Council of Wales (ACW) is responsible for funding and developing the arts in Wales.
